SA10 Percussion

Yet another installment of my SA10 samples: This time I've sampled anything that would even remotely pass as percussion or drums. The result is this package of 42 WAVs and this XRNI renoise drumkit.

Using some effects, you can get more or less decent results, considering it's an over 20 year old cheap consumer device:

Casio SA10 Piano

Another sampling from the trashy good old SA10. Here's the very first instrument, the piano, Sampled key for key (which quite honestly is overkill for this device) and available both as WAV files and XRNI Renoise instrument.

Hey Schubert, drop a melody!

32 .WAV files, 24bit / 2 XRNIs (one with all 32 keys sampled and a smaller one using only 6 samples)

Casio SA10 Rhythms

The Casio SA10 was my first electronic instrument, I got it as a christmas present in 1989. It is still with me, and after buying a Behringer Tube Preamp, I thought I'd give it a spin again.
So here's the Drum Rhythms and what Casio calls "Super Accompaniment" - some form of playalong in one fixed key. These loops come in the tempo of 132bpm which seems to be the standard on the SA10 after turning it on.

Here's a short clip for those of you who don't know what they sound like:

32 .WAV files, 24bit, loop ready.
